Check the class time
Brechin classes run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. For Wednesday classes in Broughty Ferry, contact us to book a place.

What to bring
Bring water, a towel and clean training clothes. Take off any jewellery before stepping on the mats. Pay for your session at the gym; card facilities are available.

When you arrive
Let the coach know it’s your first class, especially if you haven’t trained before.
